What I did:

• Conducted a full UX/UI audit of the existing app
• Identified usability issues, broken flows, and visual inconsistencies
• Analyzed competitor and adjacent digital health products
• Benchmarked UX patterns, onboarding, and information hierarchy

Outcome:

Clear list of UX problems, improvement opportunities, and design constraints.

To design responsibly in health and longevity, I needed to understand the domain deeply.

• Reviewed internal clinic documentation and medical flows
• Spoke with doctors and clinic staff to understand real workflows
